We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our dedicated team at Intersect Healthcare of Cedar Springs. Our facility provides personalized care to our residents, and we are committed to creating a positive and supportive environment for our patients, families, and staff.

As a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) at Intersect Healthcare of Cedar Springs, you will be responsible for providing individualized care to our residents, promoting their physical, mental, and emotional well‑being. Your duties will include:

• Participating in daily nursing reports and electronic documentation
• Assisting residents with daily personal hygiene activities, including turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting residents
• Observing and reporting changes in residents' condition and making independent decisions when warranted
• Working collaboratively with a high‑quality team to ensure the best possible care for our residents

• Must possess a current Michigan Certified Nurse Aide license or have completed a Michigan‑approved CNA training program and be eligible to test
• Must be licensed within four months of hire
• A “can do” attitude to help others
