Job Overview
Our Nurse Aides are more than just caregivers; they are friends and companions to our guests. They build relationships with patients and families while providing assistance with activities of daily living. CNAs are uniquely positioned to notice changes in mood and behavior that help our clinical team recognize potential medical issues. They are a fundamental and valuable component of our clinical nursing team.
Compensation- Base starting wage $18.00 per hour
- Shift premium $1.00 per hour for 3rd shift
- HERO Pay $3.40 per hour
- Yearly wage increases
Start at $22.40 per hour for night shift.

- Day and night shifts available; 12‑hour shifts
- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, families, and visitors.
- Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans: bathing, skin care, preventive and supportive care, routine morning and evening mouth care, shaving, dressing.
- Document nutritional intake, blood pressure, TPRs, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
- Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative, and recreational therapies by encouraging and promoting well‑being.
- Observe and report significant changes in routine or condition to the nursing team as necessary.
- Completed an approved Nursing Assistant training program with current CNA certification required from the State of Michigan.
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
- Team player dedicated to supporting team members and accomplishing tasks.
