Travel PCU RN

Position Details

• Position: RN - PCU (Progressive Care Unit)
• Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM (Night Shift)
• Specialty:
  Registered Nurse in Progressive Care Unit

• Must have a valid nursing license with verification dated within 30 days of start.
• American Heart Association BLS certification required for all direct patient care personnel.
• American Heart Association ACLS certification required for RNs in critical care areas including PCU.
• Completion of Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing within the last year.
• Completion of Trinity Skills Checklist provided by agency for clinical contractors.
• Must provide documentation of required immunizations and health screenings including Fit Test, Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen, COVID-19 Vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B vaccination series, Influenza Vaccine (optional), 2 Step PPD or IGRA, Varicella, Physical/Health Statement, Tdap vaccine or declination if no pediatric interaction.
• Must complete Trinity Code of Conduct Form, Trinity I9, Confidentiality and Security Agreement, Integrity and Audit Services Form, Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form, Criminal Background Check, Education Verification, EPLS, GSA/OIG, Joint Commission Testing, NSO, and System Access Form as part of onboarding.
