• Active RN License
• Degree from an accredited nursing program
• BLS & ACLS certifications
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an acute care PCU/step‑down setting
• Other requirements as determined by the client facility

• Monitor and assess patients who are not unstable enough to need ICU care.
• Utilize computer equipment to monitor cardiac and other vital information and detect changes, enabling intervention in life‑threatening or emergency situations.
• Administer and titrate complex medications as necessary based on vital signs.
• Act as a step‑down nurse, providing critical monitoring in cardiac, medical, neuro, surgical, or ER holding units.
