RN Infusion PRN

Scope of Work

• The Infusion Clinical Nurse leverages the nursing process to deliver professional nursing care, incorporating patient‑family centered care principles.
• Under the direct supervision of the Nursing leader and in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, the RN uses clinical judgment to assess, monitor, and implement the treatment plan for patients.
• Monitors physiologic status and takes appropriate action to prevent complications associated with specific health problems or medical treatments.

• Education: Associate’s Degree in nursing or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree (BSN), Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), or PhD preferred. New graduates with less than 1 year experience must enroll in an accredited BSN program within one year of licensure and complete within five years (effective April
  182023).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of acute care, emergency, or intensive care nursing experience.
• Licensure: Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan.
• Driver’s License: Michigan driver’s license required.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) – AHA or American Red Cross;
  Chemotherapy Biotherapy – ONCC or ONS Adult Infusion (1year required);
  Oncology Certified Nurse (ONCC) preferred.
• On‑hire preferred: CRT‑Basic Life Support, CRT‑Chemotherapy Biotherapy, and Oncology Certified Nurse (ONCC).

• Infusion – Troy / Farmington Hills, Michigan – Site:
  Physician Office Building, 44344 Dequindre Rd, Sterling Heights.
• Part‑time, day shift. PRN days M‑F with variable weekends.
