Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Henry Ford Lakeside Surgery Center is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our dynamic anesthesia care team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide anesthesia care across a wide range of outpatient surgical specialties in a collaborative, fast-paced, and supportive environment in Sterling Heights, Michigan.

The CRNA will be responsible for providing anesthesia care in collaboration with surgeons and the anesthesia care team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans
• Administer anesthesia (general, regional, or monitored anesthesia care) to patients of all ages and A.S.A. classes, including geriatrics and pediatrics
• Monitor patients during procedures and manage any anesthesia-related complications
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
• Travel to other ambulatory sites when needed
• Work harmoniously with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare providers
• No lapsed or new graduate candidates
• Not open to Locum and/or Locum to Perm candidates
• Not open to candidates who have lapsed Board Certification(s) and need to obtain them again
• Not open to providers who want to commute long distances (more than 1 hour) and/or in conjunction with another job(s)
• Not open to candidates seeking alternate shift schedules to what is described above
• Open to H1B and J1 Visa Candidates

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview). Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.
• $40,000 sign-on bonus

Certification Requirements:

• ACLS
• BLS
• NBCRNA

State License Requirements:

• Michigan

Additional License Requirements:

• Clinical privileges at facility, maintain all required certifications' currency
