We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Caregivers to join our Adult Foster Care (AFC) team. Our homes provide a safe, supportive, family-like environment for adults with disabilities who depend on caring professionals to help them live fulfilling, independent lives.

What You'll Do:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in a safe, respectful, home-like environment.
• Support personal care, hygiene, dressing, grooming, and mobility needs.
• Prepare and assist with meals and daily routines.
• Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support.
• Follow individualized care plans and accurately complete required documentation.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition or behavior.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment.
• Work collaboratively with fellow caregivers and leadership to provide exceptional care.

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

• Compassionate, dependable, and patient personality.
• Valid Driver's License
• Strong desire to support adults with disabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Ability to provide compassionate care while maintaining resident dignity and respect.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous caregiving experience.
• Experience supporting individuals with high medical needs or complex care requirements.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) experience or certification is strongly preferred.
• Experience working in Adult Foster Care, group homes, assisted living, nursing homes, home health, or other residential care settings.
