The Role

As a Quality Technician
, you are a production-facing member of the Quality team
, providing hands‑on, real‑time quality support on the warehouse floor. Your primary responsibility is to help ensure packaging activities are executed according to approved work instructions, documentation requirements, and GMP standards.

This role supports—but does not own—quality systems. You will assist with inspections, documentation execution, deviation support, and equipment challenges while working closely with Production, Packaging Operators, and Line Leaders to keep operations running smoothly and compliantly.

A Day in the Life

As a Quality Technician at Tjoapack, your day is closely tied to production activity. You’ll spend much of your shift on the floor—supporting packaging teams by answering process questions, verifying correct execution of work instructions, and assisting with documentation completion as production progresses.

You may perform in‑process checks, support equipment challenges, or help identify and document issues when something doesn’t go as expected. When deviations or documentation questions arise, you provide immediate support, escalates as needed, and help ensure actions are recorded accurately. Your presence helps production teams stay aligned with expectations while keeping work moving efficiently and correctly.

What You’ll Do

Assist operators and line leaders with correct execution of work instructions.

Support equipment challenges and in-process checks per approved procedures.

Act as a quality presence on the floor to reinforce expectations.

Documentation & Records Support

Assist with completion and review of production documentation for accuracy and completeness.

Support Document Control and Annual Reporting execution activities (data gathering, document routing, corrections).

Support investigations by gathering information, documentation, and observations.

Assist with follow-up actions as directed by Quality leadership.

Inspections & Checks

Perform routine product and process inspections according to established procedures.

Verify materials, components, and processes are used as instructed.

Document inspection results accurately and promptly.

Work closely with Packaging Operators, Line Leaders, and Production Supervisors.

Communicate observations, risks, and issues clearly to Quality leadership.

Participate in team meetings and shift handovers as required.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environment.

Hands‑on experience supporting production or shop‑floor quality activities.

One year of prior experience in cGMP / cGDP environment required

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures precisely.

Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Strong teamwork and problem‑recognition skills.
