WhatYou’ll Do
- Gain hands‑on experience in quality control and assurance processes within a manufacturing environment
- Strengthen problem‑solving skills through training in root cause analysis tools and methodologies
- Support improvements in raw material quality control to drive First Time Right (FTR) increases
- Contribute to reducing off‑grade rates through enhanced quality control practices
- Assist in implementing Critical to Quality (CTQ) standards to ensure compliance with minimum requirements
- Participate in batch management improvements for raw materials
- An undergraduate student graduating in 2027, a master’s/graduate student, or MBA student pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry or Quality Management/Engineering
- Strong communication skills across all organizational levels
- Familiarity with problem‑solving methodologies and quality tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; basic knowledge of Power BI for data visualization
- Motivated by continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Understanding of chemical processes and operation of chemical testing instruments

The salary for this role is $22–$27/hour. This is the range we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range may also be modified in the future.
