• Supervisetechnicallabemployeesdedicatedto Quality Testing
• Calculate Gainshare Monthover Monthaccordingtotherulesdefinedandalignedto UAW standards
• Vacations,calloffsandovertime
  
  Management of Quality Techs

• Participate in New Launchesqualityplanningtogetherwith QEs
