Xfinity Retail Sales Consultant

Job Summary

Join Comcast Xfinity retail team to deliver excellent customer experience and drive sales of Comcast products and services.

• Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service during all interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up and service excellence.
• Assist customers in interpreting and clarifying account statements and pay their bills in the store.
• Answer questions about current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade service levels, and process all general service requests.
• Act as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Maintain detailed product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to adjust to a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and consistent work ethic.
• Physical ability to carry and/or lift up to 25‑pound boxes and move around the store.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and customer‑focused skills.
