Hibbett is hiring an Assistant Manager to support daily store operations and customer service excellence. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, merchandise, and staff scheduling in a fast-paced retail environment.
As a keyholder, you’ll assume supervisory duties in the Store Manager’s absence, help recruit and train staff, and promote company services and merchandise while ensuring policy compliance and strong customer experiences across all departments.
