Phone Sales Representative (Must Have Experience in Home Improvements)
Company: The Best Roofing company of its kind in the Detroit market. 30 Year old family‑owned business providing roof replacement, storm restoration, siding and gutters.
This role focuses on customer satisfaction after sales, completing post‑install paperwork, and presenting additional services or options for the customers over the phone.
Responsibilities- Call homeowners after installation to perform post‑checks
- Confirm successful installation and customer satisfaction
- Complete final paperwork and approvals
- Present additional products, upgrades, or services if needed
- Phone sales and customer service experience in Home Improvement Industry
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to explain products and services
- Attention to detail with paperwork and documentation
