Auto Value store of Sterling Heights,MI is seeking a full‑time local counter sales associate. This in‑store sales/customer service position offers opportunities for training and advancement. Candidates should have an interest in the automotive field; proper training will be provided for the right individual.

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
• Show interest in continuous education in auto care.
• Drive to capture and complete all sales.
• Multi‑task and operate computer cash systems.
• Communicate effectively with customers and provide follow‑up service.
• Maintain professionalism and set an example for the team.
• Operate computer systems to assist customers.
• Inform customers about available services and products.
• Process returns promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate with the delivery system to ensure top‑notch service.
• Notify management of any customer‑related issues.
• Keep the store appearance clean and organized.
• Assist in training less experienced team members.
• Keep management informed of competition.

• Valid driver’s license.
• No major violations and only one minor violation in the last three years.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Pass physical and drug screen.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50pounds with both arms.
• Preferred experience in automotive car care.
