Role Responsibilities
  • Partner with local business owners & brokers to communicate the value of Aflac’s products & services
  • Generate new sales through community‑based outreach, networking, referrals & cold calls
  • Schedule & conduct employer meetings regarding employee benefits and Aflac business solutions
  • Educate employees on benefit options & conduct worksite benefit enrollments
  • Provide claims support and customer service to new & existing clients to boost retention and renewals
  • Networking & relationship building
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurial approach to business growth
  • Positive "can do" attitude
  • Learner’s mindset & willingness to adopt new sales techniques

Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have reliable personal transportation and an active driver’s license
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer sponsorship or work authorization
