This is a full-time in person role for a Sales & Admin Support. This person will assist the sales team with order entry, pricing updates, and maintaining accurate customer and product information in company systems. Responsibilities include preparing quotes, generating sales reports, coordinating with logistics and operations on delivery details, and responding to customer and internal inquiries in a timely manner.
The individual will be expected to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and provide proactive administrative support that enhances customer service and overall sales efficiency.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, including data entry accuracy, document management, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with office and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, CRM systems, and basic reporting tools).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers, sales representatives, and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Customer service mindset, with problem-solving skills and a focus on building positive relationships.
- Experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles; experience in building materials or distribution is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, administration, or a related field is beneficial.
- Comfort with learning new systems and processes, and willingness to contribute to process improvements.
