Security Officer - Retail

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, sales floor areas, exterior entrances, parking areas, and perimeter;
Monitor access points, observe customer and employee traffic, and help to deter unauthorized activity, theft-related concerns, and/or policy violations through visible presence and professional interaction;
Support store operations by assisting with crowd management, de-escalation, and/or direction during busy periods, special events, openings, closings, and emergency situations;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate channels
