• Lead residential remodeling projects from start to finish
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
• Communicate professionally with homeowners
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within quality expectations
• Perform finish carpentry and all phases of residential remodeling
• Mentor less experienced carpenters
• Identify problems before they become expensive

• Has 5+ years of residential remodeling experience
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
• Takes ownership of the entire project - not today's task
• Is organized, dependable, and professional
• Enjoys building relationships with customers
• Has high standards for craftsmanship
