Job Overview
Full‑time Maintenance Technician position located at Tigris Tower, Sterling Heights, MI 48314. Salary range $21.00 – $22.00 per hour. Day shift. Requires a high school education.
Responsibilities- Complete service requests and make ready apartments.
- Perform light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and grounds/snow removal.
- Participate in an on‑call after‑hours emergency rotation with the maintenance team.
- Provide occasional assistance at sister sites.
- Maintenance knowledge in plumbing and electrical systems.
- Experience with appliances, carpentry, and related maintenance tasks.
- Valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
