• Design, develop, and test embedded software throughout its lifecycle.

• Mentor junior developers and provide constructive feedback.

• Proficiency in C/C++ and Python programming languages.
• Experience with Linux‑based or bare‑metal real‑time software development.
• Strong object‑oriented design skills and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Familiarity with version control and project management tools like Git, Jira, and Git Lab.
• Knowledge of Ada programming and GUI development using Qt/QML.
• Experience with cybersecurity tools and compliance processes.
• Understanding of military/commercial design standards and weapon systems.
