Job Description- 8+ years of hands-on experience
- Configure Policy Center data models, product models, screen layouts (PCF files), underwriting rules, and rating logic.
- Write clean, efficient business logic, enhancements, and scripts using Guidewire’s Gosu language and Java.
- Build and maintain integrations between Policy Center and external or internal third-party systems using web services, APIs, and messaging frameworks.
- Perform thorough unit testing, troubleshoot defects, and resolve configuration or integration issues across dev, QA, and production environments.
- Work alongside Business Analysts, Enterprise Architects, and QA teams in an Agile/Scrum delivery environment to refine technical requirements.
- 7+ years of hands-on technical experience with Guidewire Policy Center configuration or integration.
- Strong proficiency in Gosu, Java/J2EE, XML, JSON, and SQL/PL-SQL database queries.
- Solid understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance operations, policy life cycles, and rating/quoting jobs.
- Experience with Guidewire Studio, Git/SVN version control, and build tools like Maven or Gradle.
- Active Guidewire Developer Certificate
