CDL A Driver Paid training Entry Level

We are seeking professional CDL-A drivers to join our regional dry van team operating out of Columbus, OH. This position runs lanes exclusively in KY, OH, MI, and IN
, offering consistent miles and dependable home time. We also welcome recent CDL-A graduates who are eager to begin their trucking career.

• Route: Regional (KY, OH, MI, IN).
• Home Time: Out on Monday, home Saturday. Drivers are home every weekend for a reset.
• Freight: 100% no-touch, primarily drop-and-hook.
• Pay: $0.56–$0.65 CPM based on experience.
  • Weekly Average Earnings: $1,300–$1,500.
  • Short Haul Bonus: $50 per trip.
  • Miles Per Week: 1,900–2,100.
• Schedule: Optional holiday/weekend work available.

• Training Requirements:
  • 120 hours from an accredited truck driving school.
  • Training Duration: 4–6 weeks.

• Transition to Full Driver: Pet and rider policies become available after successful training completion.

• Minimum Age: 21 years old.
• Experience:
  • At least 6 months of recent CDL-A experience OR
  • Recent graduate from an accredited truck driving school.
• Driving Record:
  • Clean record with no major accidents, tickets, or safety-related terminations in the past 5 years.
  • No DOT preventable accidents in the past 5 years.
  • No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors in the past 10 years.
• Drug Testing: Must pass urine and hair pre-employment screenings.

• Annual Salary: $62,000–$78,000.
