Indicon LLC is seeking a dependable, safety-focused, and motivated Truck Driver to support daily deliveries and warehouse operations throughout the Metro Detroit area. This role is responsible for transporting materials, finished panels, and equipment to customers and job sites using a variety of company vehicles ranging from pickup trucks to F650 flatbed trucks.
In addition to driving responsibilities, this position plays an important role in supporting the shipping and receiving team by preparing shipments, loading and unloading materials, and helping ensure products are delivered safely and on time.
Key Responsibilities- Safely operate company vehicles, including:
- Pickup trucks
- Cargo and utility vehicles
- F650 flatbed trucks
- Deliver materials, equipment, and finished control panels to customer locations and job sites throughout Metro Detroit.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Secure and transport materials in compliance with safety requirements and company procedures.
- Assist with loading outgoing trucks and unloading incoming deliveries.
- Help wrap, package, and secure panels and materials for shipment.
- Verify delivery paperwork and ensure materials are delivered accurately and in good condition.
- Support shipping and receiving operations when deliveries are not scheduled.
- Maintain a clean and organized loading, shipping, and warehouse area.
- Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal team members.
- Follow all company safety policies, DOT regulations, and driving requirements.
This position reports directly to the Supply Chain Manager.

Travel is primarily throughout the Metro Detroit area, with most trips remaining within approximately 90 minutes one-way from the facility.
- Hours: Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs
- Combination of driving, warehouse, shipping, and material-handling responsibilities
- Fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely operate a variety of company vehicles
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift, load, unload, and move materials throughout the workday - Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous commercial driving, delivery, or transportation experience
- Experience operating flatbed trucks
- Shipping, receiving, warehouse, or material-handling experience
- DOT-related certifications or endorsements
