This is a full-time, on-site Driver and Warehouse role based in Sterling Heights, MI. The person in this role will safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to customers and branch locations, verify orders, load and unload materials, and ensure accurate documentation of deliveries. Day-to-day responsibilities include receiving, picking, packing, and organizing inventory in the warehouse, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and assisting with cycle counts and stock rotation.

The role requires close coordination with the sales and operations teams to meet delivery timelines, respond to customer needs, and handle occasional will-call orders. This position may involve using material-handling equipment, performing basic vehicle inspections, and following all company and DOT safety guidelines.

• Ability to safely operate delivery vehicles and follow DOT and company driving safety standards; valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience with warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and organizing inventory.
• Capability to use material-handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) and follow proper lifting and handling practices.
• Strong attention to detail for verifying orders, maintaining documentation, and assisting with inventory counts.
• Reliable time management skills to meet delivery schedules and support daily warehouse workflows.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with customers, drivers, and branch staff.
• Comfort working in a physically active role, including standing, walking, and lifting products throughout the shift.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in distribution, logistics, or the green industry is beneficial.
