**** Role Summary**:  
** Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc.
** is currently looking to hire a
** Warehouse Inventory Specialist
** for our
** Brownstown, MI
** location. In this role you will be responsible for all inventory control-related activities. As a
** Warehouse Inventory Specialist**, you will develop the location’s inventory management strategy, intending to control costs within budgetary limits, generate savings, rationalize inventory, and maximize available working capital.
** What’s in It for YOU?*** **$1,000 Retention Bonus**!  + Paid $500 after 6 months, another $500 at 12 months of continuous, active full-time employment

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Manage and maintain the company’s material and stocked product inventory, including stock and stock locations.
* Manage and control perpetual inventory stock counting/ inventory accuracy checks
* Minimize overstocks and removal of obsolete/redundant raw materials to maximize availability of working capital.
* Ensure that the good inward/ stock control department is well-organized and controlled to sufficiently support production and business goals
* Ensure incoming products are received and managed appropriately according to company procedure.
* Ensure materials are ready and available for production as and when required.
* Provide routine management information on inventory performance
* Implement improvement processes and systems to reduce inventory, minimize costs, and maximize working capital.
** Do you have what it takes to succeed at KAO?
*** Are you 18 years of age or older?
* Do you have at least 6 months of warehouse-related experience?
* Can you lift products that weigh up to 75 lbs. consistently?
* Are you comfortable working on your feet all day—standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders?
* Are you able to work at heights up to 30 feet without issue?
* Can you pay strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment?
* Can we depend on you to show up on time and have a strong work ethic?
* Are you willing to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)?
* Do you have forklift operator or other PIT equipment experience? (Preferred, but not required)
