Warehouse Assembler

Labor Staffing Solutions LLC seeks a dependable Warehouse Assembler to support client facilities across West Michigan. In this fast-paced role, you will unload and move materials, assemble products or packages, follow work orders, and prepare items for shipping. Responsibilities include operating basic warehouse equipment, labeling and staging products, performing quality checks, and keeping work areas clean and safe. You'll follow production schedules, meet daily quotas, and complete simple paperwork or digital logs.

This position offers steady, hands-on experience in industrial and light-manufacturing environments with opportunities for temp-to-hire placement.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components according to work orders and instructions
• Load, unload, and move materials and inventory within the warehouse
• Prepare, label, and stage finished goods for shipping or storage
• Perform basic quality checks to ensure products meet standards
• Operate basic warehouse tools and equipment safely
• Follow production schedules and meet established daily quotas
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment
• Complete simple paperwork or digital logs for orders and inventory
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet client needs
