2nd Shift Forklift Driver

Labor Staffing Solutions LLC seeks a reliable 2nd Shift Forklift Driver to support industrial and light-manufacturing clients across West Michigan. In this fast-paced role, you'll safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, move, and stage materials, following all OSHA and site-specific safety rules. Responsibilities include completing pre-shift inspections, reading work orders, scanning inventory, and maintaining clean, organized work areas.

You'll work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production and shipping deadlines while representing our staffing agency with professionalism at each client location.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials
• Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance issues
• Follow OSHA and site-specific safety procedures at all times
• Read work orders and tickets to accurately stage and move product
• Use basic inventory or scanning tools to track materials
• Maintain clean, organized dock, warehouse, and staging areas
• Coordinate with shipping, receiving, and production teams to meet deadlines
• Adapt to different client sites, layouts, and processes as assigned
• Represent Labor Staffing Solutions LLC professionally at each worksite
• Report hours, assignments, and issues promptly to staffing supervisors
