Patriot Pawn is growing and looking for a customer service-oriented individual to join our team! No prior experience or knowledge of the industry is required.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Enter and process customer purchases, loans, and sales
• Evaluate customer's items for loan/purchase value

Qualifications:

• Must be available to work on Saturdays
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields preferred
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Some knowledge of firearms, jewelry, electronics, musical equipment, and tools is preferred, but not required
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds
