The Nurse Manager Orthopedic Clinic will oversee operations within a high-performing Orthopedic Clinic and expanding Orthopedic Services line that includes Outpatient Orthopedic Services, Specialty Care and Ambulatory Services. Connected to a 15-bed critical access facility in Colorado, the Clinic benefits from robust surgical volume and high-quality care. The Nurse Manager will provide operational oversight, clinical supervision and strategic direction for the ambulatory orthopedic team.
The role mentors charge nurses and clinical staff, coordinates with orthopedic surgeons and advanced practice providers, manages staffing and quality metrics, ensures regulatory compliance and fosters a collaborative and supportive team culture. This role partners closely with nurses, medical assistants, rehabilitation professionals, case management and administrative leaders to deliver seamless specialty care and outstanding patient experiences.
