, a Top 5 Large Health System and one of the country's leading nonprofit healthcare networks, is expanding its team of Advanced Practice Providers in Sterling, Colorado. Located in northeastern Colorado, just 90 minutes from Denver and Fort Collins, Sterling offers small-town living with easy access to urban amenities. We're seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive primary care in a supportive, patient-focused environment.
You'll care for patients of all ages, deliver preventative services, and perform routine procedures, all while working closely with a collaborative clinical team.
- Full-time, outpatient position at a Rural Health Clinic (RHC)
- Establish your own patient panel while accepting walk-ins and same-day visits
- 36 patient contact hours per week with dedicated administrative time
- Dedicated MA/LPN support
- Clinic hours:
Monday–Friday, 7 AM – 7 PM | Saturday, 8 AM – 12 PM (Saturday rotation approximately once per month) - No call required
- Provide care for patients of all ages, including walk-in visits and well-woman exams (non-obstetric)
- Perform routine procedures and manage diverse primary care cases
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical team

- FNP or PA designation with Colorado license eligibility
- Patient-focused, friendly, and willing to collaborate in a team environment
- Competitive salary: $120,000 – $145,000 (dependent on experience)
