Key Responsibilities:Assess patient health status and update care plans
Administer medications and treatments per protocol
Document all patient interactions and changes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care
Monitor vital signs and report abnormalities
Assist patients with daily activities and mobility
Provide wound care and hygiene support
Maintain infection control standards
Communicate effectively with patients and families
Adapt to changing patient needs and shift demands
Ensure accurate and timely charting
Support staff during shift transitions
Active LPN license
Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience
Comfortable working 12-hour shifts
Ability to work rotating weekends
Strong clinical skills
