The Rental Associate is primarily responsible for maintaining our rental equipment inventory and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Pay for this Role:$15.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers with rental inquiries and transactions
- Maintain and organize rental equipment, ensuring it is clean and in good working condition
- Conduct regular equipment inspections to ensure safety and functionality
- Process rental agreements and handle payments
- Provide product demonstrations and instructions to customers on proper use of equipment
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery and pickup of rental equipment
- Communicate with customers to schedule deliveries and pickups
- Resolve any customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of rental equipment inventory and transactions
- Assist with general store operations, including stocking shelves and inventory management
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred, preferably in a rental or construction industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate and maintain various types of equipment.
- Basic knowledge of building materials and construction equipment.
- Proficient in computer skills and able to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
