Job Title: Part-time Retail Display Installer – Sterling, CO

Join Action Link to assemble, maintain, and troubleshoot promotional product displays at major retail stores.

• Visit assigned retail stores to complete display installations within the territory.
• Ensure displays are properly placed, assembled, maintained, and troubleshoot any issues.
• Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel.
• Schedule 4–20 hours per week; availability Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; no weekends or evenings.
• Travel to remote areas as necessary; provide same‑day digital surveys with feedback and pictures after each visit.

• Hourly wage $25.00, commensurate with experience.
• Additional technical projects available at higher rates.
• W‑2 employment with bi‑weekly pay and direct deposit.

• Paid training to prepare for program success.
• Accrue PTO hours weekly.

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is desirable.
• Ability to handle all levels of merchandising work within the assigned territory.
• Strong attention to detail; follow complex written instructions and display diagrams.
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a small team when needed.
• Internet access, basic hand‑held tools, and a Wi‑Fi/GPS enabled smart device with latest OS update; laptop or desktop access a plus.
• Driver’s license, personal vehicle required; must use personal vehicle to perform job duties.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products up to 50 lbs without assistance.
