Tow Truck Driver - Full-Time. Sterling & Brush, Colorado. Join the A&R Towing Team!

A&R Towing is looking for a dependable, motivated tow truck driver to join our team serving the Sterling and Brush communities. If you enjoy working outdoors, helping people, and no two days being the same, this could be the perfect career for you.

No towing experience? No problem! We provide on-the-job training. Experience operating equipment, driving commercial vehicles, and basic mechanical knowledge is a plus, but not required.

• On-call 5 days per week.
• Quarterly rotating on-call schedule.
• Due to the on-call nature of the position, applicants must live in Sterling or Brush, Colorado.

• Safely operate a tow truck to transport disabled or damaged vehicles.
• Provide professional roadside assistance and excellent customer service.
• Perform basic vehicle and equipment inspections to ensure safe operation.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload vehicles using proper safety procedures.
• Communicate clearly with customers, dispatch, and law enforcement when necessary.
• Complete towing documentation accurately and collect payment when required.
• Represent A&R Towing with professionalism and courtesy in every interaction.

• Must be 25 years of age or older (insurance requirement).
• Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Ability to pass a criminal background check (no felony convictions).
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings, including marijuana.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
