$400,000 + Neurology Position Northwest Illinois Traditional Employed
About The Position: Join our team in Sterling, IL, a charming, family-friendly community known for its excellent education opportunities and top-notch facilities. Nestled along the Rock River, Sterling offers a wide array of outdoor activities, including boating, skiing, paddling, and fishing. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the five local golf courses, including one operated by the Sterling Park District. Sterling's convenient location places you just an hour's drive from the Quad Cities and Rockford, and only an hour and a half from Chicago.
Position Highlights:
- Hospital-Employed Position: Collaborate with an experienced team, joining 1 other neurologist in a growth-oriented role.
- Loan Repayment & Sign-On Bonus: Receive comprehensive financial support, including loan repayment, a sign-on bonus, and $10,000 for relocation assistance.
- Flexible Schedule: Enjoy a flexible schedule with call rotation of 1:3
- Required Skills: Proficiency in EEG, EMG, and LP is essential. VNS skills are preferred but not mandatory.
- Comprehensive Benefits: Benefit from medical coverage, life insurance, malpractice insurance with tail coverage, and a retirement plan.
- Professional Development: Must be board certified or board eligible. The position includes 5 days of CME time and a $4,000 stipend.
- Work-Life Balance: Approximately 70% of your time will be spent in the clinic and 30% inpatient, with negotiable PTO.
