Job Title: Controls Engineer

Location: Exeter/Stratham, NH (with occasional travel to Sterling, MA and local customer sites)

Experience Level: 2-4 Years

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Controls Engineer with 2-4 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation and PLC programming. This role will be primarily based in our Exeter/Stratham, New Hampshire facility, with occasional workdays at our Sterling, Massachusetts office and nearby customer locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, program, and troubleshoot industrial control systems, with a focus on Siemens PLCs (TIA Portal, S7, etc.)
• Integrate and support various automation equipment and processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system performance and reliability
• Perform onsite commissioning, testing, and support as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in controls or automation engineering
• Proficiency in Siemens PLCs is required
• Experience with other PLC platforms (Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.) is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel locally (1-2 days/week)
