Sterling Steel in Sterling, IL, a Leggett & Platt company, seeks an Electrical Controls Engineer to join the Rod Mill Electrical team. You will monitor and troubleshoot complex electrical processes, manage drives, and provide after-hours support to ensure maximum uptime and product quality.
The role requires 5+ years of heavy industrial electrical experience, strong Siemens PLC and HMI skills, and leadership experience. On-site work with occasional remote access for urgent support is expected.
