Essential Functions:

Directs daily operations of behavior health staff including counselors, case managers and peer support specialists.
Provides supervision, coaching and assist Director with performance evaluations to ensure quality care.
Facilitate team meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities.
Develops and monitors program objectives, service goals and outcome measurements.
Coordinate with partnering agencies, healthcare providers and stakeholders to optimize service integration.
Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines, including documentation standards.

Position

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required. Masters preferred.
Proven counseling services experience, assessment skills.
LSW, LCSW preferred.
Background check clearance is required.
Annual TB test.
Excellent communication, organization, presentation, and pc/computer skills (including proficiency with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) along with other related software.

Demonstrated proficiency in EHR documentation and review.
Familiarity with accreditation and licensure standards.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to establish and maintain collaborative community partnerships.
Occasional driving may be required.
Access to reliable transportation.
Valid Driver's License in good standing for the state of residency and insurance.
Valid Illinois statutory and liability insurance coverage is required.
