Allure in Sterling, IL seeks an Activities Assistant to support the activities program under the Activities Director. The role is 30-35 hours weekly, 8:00–16:30, with every other weekend 7:00–15:30. Responsibilities include implementing programs, documenting interactions, and coordinating evening and weekend activities for residents.
Experience with Memory Care activities is preferred but not required. Infection control and resident rights adherence are essential.
