Global Digital Solutions Specialist - PIM / DAM

As our Global Digital Solutions Specialist – PIM/DAM, you'll play a pivotal role in how product information and digital assets are structured, governed, and delivered across our global digital ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of technology, data, and business enablement, ensuring our Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms are reliable, scalable, and aligned with global needs.

As the Global Digital Solutions Specialist for PIM/DAM, you'll be the system owner and strategic steward of our product content platforms, balancing governance, enablement, and continuous improvement. Your day-to-day will include:
- Platform administration:
Manage user roles, permissions, and access levels and perform routine security audits to ensure users are active and up to date - Data integrity and taxonomy:
Ensure all product information, assets, and metadata are structured, accurate, and consistent. This includes establishing a hygiene program to ensure system is free of duplicate and obsolete data. - Workflow optimization:
Manage asset life cycles, version control, and publishing processes and syndication - Technical support:
Provide technical support to Brand, Product Management, Marketing, and Sales teams by assisting with the implementation of digital strategies, creating automations, and troubleshooting issues - Integration management:
Coordinate, audit, and maintain platform integrations that align with Digital Operations initiatives and regional team needs - Customization:
Customize digital platforms to fit the company's needs in ways that enhance platform functionality and are easily scalable to accommodate a growing global organization - Enablement:
Provide training and guidance to regional users to promote overall platform efficiency and performance
- Hands-on experience administering and optimizing PIM and/or DAM platforms such as Salsify, Akeneo, Bynder, or Adobe Experience Manager
- Strong understanding of product data structures, taxonomy, metadata, and digital asset lifecycle
- Experience supporting global or multi-regional content management
- Familiarity with content syndication to retail, e-commerce, and marketing channels
- Ability to streamline workflows using automation tools and platform capabilities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to train, support, and collaborate across functions
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and multiple stakeholders
- Exposure to platforms such as Adobe Commerce, Shopify, Woo Commerce, Hub Spot, Sprout Social, or LMS tools
- Experience working with IT governance, integrations, or enterprise digital ecosystems
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Marketing Technology, Computer Science or Related Field or equivalent hands-on experience (3-5 years) working with PIM/DAM platforms
