Kitting Coordinator 1st Shift, Kitting​/VAS Team

Kitting Coordinator – Full time. Position located at HALO Sterling, IL Fulfillment Center. 1st shift Monday through Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm.

• Accurately pick, sort, and assemble components into finished kits per job specifications.
• Follow detailed work instructions and visual aids to ensure quality and consistency.
• Verify that all components are correct and undamaged before and after kiting.
• Label, pack, and prepare kits for shipping or storage.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and productivity.
• Perform quality checks at various stages of the kiting process.
• Report inventory shortages, discrepancies, or damaged goods to the supervisor.

• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to read and speak English.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Proficient knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Office Suite. Outlook and Excel strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Able to work overtime when required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and push or pull up to 200 pounds with assistance of rolling carts.

The pay rate for this role is $15.00 per hour. Compensation decisions are influenced by scope, responsibilities, candidate experience, location, education, skills, and market data.
