Machine Maintenance

** Up to  **$27.15 per hour*
* ** Job Responsibilities*
* + Perform maintenance and repairs on equipment, tools, and machinery to ensure optimal performance.

+ Conduct routine and preventative maintenance as required.

+ Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and assist in implementing solutions.

+ Actively participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving activities.

+ Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support safe, high-quality production and service delivery.

+ Follow all safety procedures and adhere to established schedules and timelines.

+ Support Total Quality Management (TQM) initiatives in a team-oriented environment.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with company standards.

+ Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

** Requirements*
* + Minimum of 2 years of experience in general maintenance  
** OR
* * a technical degree/certification in a related field.

+ Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

+ Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.

+ Effective listening, communication, and collaboration abilities.

+ Basic knowledge of machines and tooling.

+ Hands-on fabrication skills (welding, drilling, cutting, painting, etc.).

+ Foundational electrical knowledge (480V three-phase, 110V AC, and low-voltage DC systems).

+

Experience with PLC ladder logic preferred.

+ Mechanical aptitude (e.g., thread tapping, lathe operation, welding).

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

+ Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

+ Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while managing priorities.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.

+ Ability to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.

+ Excellent attendance and reliability.

+ Willingness to cross-train within the department.

** Qualifications*
* + High school diploma or GED required.

+ Strong basic math skills.

+ Demonstrated leadership potential and accountability.

+ Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.

+ Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
