Position Summary The Assembly / Machine Operator is responsible for assembling components and operating production equipment used in the manufacture of light-duty and heavy-duty products. This position requires attention to quality, safety, and productivity standards while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Perform assembly operations using hand tools, fixtures, jigs, and light power tools.
• Operate manufacturing and production equipment according to established work instructions.
• Assemble mechanical components to customer specifications and bill of materials.
• Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Fit, align, adjust, and calibrate components to required tolerances.
• Identify and report defective materials or equipment issues.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical or hydraulic assembly issues.
• Perform routine machine and equipment maintenance as required.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Support team goals related to safety, quality, and productivity.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, machine operation, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and production documents.
• Ability to use measuring tools such as tape measures and micrometers.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 50 pounds with lifting assistance when available.
• Stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Perform repetitive motions involving hands, arms, and wrists.
• Regular bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment while maintaining productivity and safety standards.

• Fast-paced environment focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• May require overtime and flexible scheduling based on production demands.
