Role Summary
The assembler assembles product parts following production guidelines, conducting quality checks and reporting any issues with quality, equipment or materials.

Full-time - Work Location:
Sterling, IL - Shift:
- 1st Shift - 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday
- 2nd Shift - 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday to Friday
- Pay Range: $16.44-$17.01/hr
- Assemble basic product parts according to production guidelines and specifications
- Use hand tools and power tools to assemble units and components
- Perform spot checks on assembled parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Report any issues with quality, equipment, or materials to the supervisor
- Maintain an organized work area and ensure tools are properly stored
- Follow established manufacturing procedures to complete assembly tasks
- Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures
- Perform all other duties as assigned

- Certifications:
High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to lift up-to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Required to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to push/pull objects up to 50 pounds
- Frequent bending and stooping required
- Must have the dexterity to handle small objects
- Must be able to work in noisy environments.
