Pay: $33-$42 an hour

• Confer with the Director of Nursing and/or other licensed nursing personnel regarding the dermatologic disorders of residents in the facility.
• Examine residents and their records, and discriminate between normal and abnormal findings to recognize when to refer to a physician for evaluation, supervision, or direction.
• Provide assessment and diagnostic services to residents, perform assessments, and initiate requests for consultation or referral.
• Identify, manage, and treat specific skin disorders and primary and secondary lesions.
• Assist in resident rehabilitation activities and provide preventative health care services.
• Make written and oral reports to the attending physician, Medical Director, or DON concerning the status and care of residents.
• Implement and maintain established policies and procedures relative to wound care treatments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• LPN/RN with current unencumbered state licensure
• Wound Certification from an accredited institution preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an LPN/RN

• Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday
• Must be able to speak and write the English language
• Must be able to cope with the mental and emotional stress of the position
• Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds to a height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet
