Role Purpose

- 5–10+ years of leadership experience delivering results.
- Experience managing a store or large department—retail preferred but not required.
- Internal growth—promotion from assistant or co‑manager roles is a big plus.
- Comfort leading in fast‑paced, high‑volume, or high‑complexity store environments.

- High School Graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of management experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi‑task.
- Creative thinking.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Frequently operate computer and printer, and occasionally operate cash register.
- Occasionally ascend/descend ladders to retrieve and put away stock.
- Frequently position self to kneel, bend, twist, and stoop, including in the stock room and on the sales floor.
- Identify and discern email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts, associate schedules, and standard operating procedures.
- Communicate and exchange information with customers on the telephone and face-to-face, and with managers and coworkers.
- Move across the sales floor directing associates and assisting customers, as well as to and from the stockroom retrieving and putting away merchandise.
- Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Lift, push, or pull up to 25lbs and move merchandise up to a height of 5–10 feet.
- Operate equipment such as ladders, pallet jacks, and handheld devices.
- Remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time.
Salary
Pay Range$54,000.00 – $68,175.00
