Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns;
Monitor access points, visitor activity, and restricted areas in support of healthcare location protocols, providing directions and assistance while reporting unusual behavior and/or policy concerns;
Support daily operations by observing for hazards, assisting with de-escalation when appropriate, and completing incident reports and shift activity logs in a timely manner
