Security Supervisor - Sterling, IL

Per Mar Security Services is seeking a security supervisor/officer at Sterling Steel in Sterling, IL.

Work hours are Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:00 pm. $17.00 Hr.

A valid driver's license is required. No OWI's last 5 years, and no DUS in last 2 years. A PERC card is preferred but not required.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

This position will be responsible for officer duties, and in addition, the general supervision of site security officers. Serve as liaison between the client and Per Mar management. Submit weekly schedules to the operations manager.

Qualifications:

• Show prior experience in a supervisory or management position.
• Ability to handle walking rounds, including several flights of stairs.
• Effectively communicate to the positions overseen as well as management.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• While not required, current/former PERC holders with prior security experience preferred and desired.
