Job Description- Track and analyze job costs (labor, materials, subcontractors), maintain job cost reports, and partner with project managers to monitor budget vs. actual performance.
- Prepare AIA billings, support percent-complete revenue recognition, ensure accurate invoicing per contract terms, and reconcile over/under billings.
- Maintain WIP schedules, assist with monthly close (accruals, journal entries), and reconcile project sub-ledgers to the general ledger.
- Support certified payroll processes and ensure compliance with prevailing wage and federal/state contract requirements.
- Code invoices, assist with AP/AR, and support audits and documentation needs.
- 3+ years of AP experience in construction; job costing experience preferred.
- BS degree preferred but not required.
- Strong in Excel and preferably additional construction systems.
