Our client is an expert in MEP building systems and provides integrated, full lifecycle solutions that optimize the design, construction, operation, and efficiency of buildings.
Responsibilities- Ensures accurate reporting of financial information and timely invoicing pertaining to a particular project. Maintains project-related ledger accounts.
- Disseminates month-end project reports to management and relevant business lines.
- Maintains list of month-end deadlines and ensures that profit and cash flow forecasts are prepared on time and accurately.
- Reviews project forecasts on a regular basis and ensures any outstanding matters are dealt with on a timely basis.
- Maintains project register. Prepares month-end posting/allocations and accruals. Controls the accounts payable and receivable tasks for the project.
- Identifies and assists with the resolution of basic project-related accounting issues.
- Ensures policies and procedures for project accounting are adhered to.

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 1 year of project accounting experience in the construction industry preferred
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Good organizational, customer service and written/verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with intermediate level ability to utilize MS Word, Excel, Power Point
